JASA ‘s Impact JASA honors older New Yorkers as vital members of society, providing services that support aging with purpose and partnering to build strong communities. JASA ‘s 18 Older Adult Centers throughout New York City are a “home away from home” for adults 60 years and older seeking group activities, company, friendships, trips, special events, or a hot meal. JASA has two programs that help safeguard the frailest and most vulnerable New Yorkers: Community Guardian Program and Adult Protective Services. Last year, JASA avoided 156 evictions on behalf of clients in these two programs. At JASA , Jessica serves as President of the Board. In the past, she was Executive Vice President, the Chair of the Development Committee, Co-chair of the Program Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee. Jessica received the Mayoral Service Recognition Award for her work in 2016, acknowledging her dedication to JASA .
